International shipping rates are not inclusive of duties and taxes. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed by Mila Roads. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be impacted, please contact your local customs office to learn more.

Returns

We stand behind our products. For full-price merchandise shipped within the USA (excluding AK, HI, PR), we offer free returns or exchange within 21 days of purchase (because our products are limited edition). Products must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Returns that are not accepted, or returns sent to us past 15 days from the purchase date will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We do not offer returns for international orders. We are grateful for your understanding.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at info@milaroads.com immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

To return an item: 1) Email info@milaroads.com and specify the reason for the return. 2) We will reply with a return label. Re-seal the original packaging with the bag tag in place, then print and affix the return label on the exterior of the box over the original shipping label. Please make sure the box is sealed properly so it does not come apart during shipping. 3) Provide the package to the shipping carrier for return shipping. Please understand we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.
